This is a pre-owned Bvlgari Crystal Ashtray made by Rosenthal . Comes without the original Bvlgari Presentation Box with Booklet. Has some scratches. Measures approx 4.75" in Diameter at top 3.75" diameter at bottom and 1.25" Tall.  Weighes almost 2 pounds. It has both Bvlgari etched on the upper rim and Rosenthal on the bottom.
