Returns and refunds
We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Please contact BG Gear Co before sending anything back. Do not ship a return until return instructions have been approved.

Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs. Once an approved return is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
